Do you think Canada is a really good country to live in?

What comes to your mind first when you think of Canada? Maple syrup or Ice hockey? Maybe some people think that Canada is one of the best countries to live in the world. Today, I'm going to introduce Canada, especially Vancouver.

Vancouver may actually be familiar to you because it is the venue for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Vancouver is located in the southwestern part of the state of British Columbia, bordering the Pacific Ocean in western Canada.
It is the third-largest city in Canada (the first and second are Toronto and Montreal) and the third largest region in the Pacific Northwest.

It is a peaceful city that has never missed the fifth place in the "World's Best City to Live in" ranking every year, and perhaps that's why many Chinese and other immigrants live there.
Vancouver is the most multicultural city in Canada with the highest percentage of Asian races. It has a population of 2.4 million, of which about 1.2 million are Canadian whites, about 470,000 Chinese, and about 290,000 South Asians, including Indians. For reference, the population of Koreans is about 53,000, which has the highest proportion of people of color in North America and is a big city that is friendly to Asian culture. Besides, there are various races throughout society and relatively diverse races are distributed among high-ranking members of society, which makes me think, "It deserves to be mentioned often in foreign countries where I really want to live."

Finally, there is Stanley Park, a very large park in Vancouver.
The park has many attractive spots to visit, including the Vancouver Aquarium, Totem Falls, Brockton Point, Lions Gate Bridge, Prospect Point, and Beaver Lake. The presence of such a large park in the center of a big city is a good example of how nature-friendly Vancouver is.
