Blog Activity 4

"It is better to marry someone of the same cultural background." Do you agree or disagree?

I disagree with this opinion because I want to marry someone of the same cultural background. I think if I become a multicultural family, I can bring my children to various cultures. Also, I want to help my children in the future by learning various languages since they were young.

So, I think marriage is about having someone you love regardless of culture. If I like someone from the same culture, I will marry someone from the same culture. And if I like someone from different cultures, I will marry someone from different cultures.

- Would you prefer to live in a monoculture or multicultural society? Why?

As we developed into a multicultural society, we have seen a lot of cultural experiences and opportunities for cultural choice. It also helps a lot to contribute to economic growth because it can solve labor shortages of labor. Finally, in a multicultural society, new cultures can be created by interdependence between cultures.

There may be a variety of problems, such as the difficulty of migrants to adapt to society to a multicultural society, but I think these problems can be solved enough.

My cultural identity👀

Hello!
Today, I'm talking about some pictures that culturally depict who I am.
Please enjoy it (。♥‿♥。)

👶

When I was young, I was very passive and scared.
I once went to an inline academy, but my mom said that I was so scared of inline that I cried in kindergarten when the inline academy teacher came after kindergarten.
I don't remember that at all...

I became a middle school student after hearing that I was curious and unique.
Memories of my middle school days are the most important part of my life and remain irreplaceable.

It is a sports day in the middle school.

I went to Busan for a school trip
with my classmates

middle school graduation😭

While attending Korean middle school, I participated in various events that can only be done in Korean schools. Through events such as sports day and school trip, I was able to strengthen my relationship with my friends. In addition, while receiving education from Korean schools, I had a personality to prepare for assignments very quickly, and I also had my own tips on memorizing something.
I love pop songs when I was in middle school, and I could experience the culture of other countries while listening to them. Also, Chinese dramas were very popular in middle school, and many students had a chance to learn Chinese.

These pictures were taken when I went on a trip to Busan with my friends in the winter in 2019. At the time, I had never been far away and my parents objected that it was dangerous. However, each of my friends wrote a letter to my parents and My dad allowed me. So I was able to go to Busan with my friends.

Like this, I like to travel whether it's domestic or overseas. I learned the culture and manners of our country and other countries through traveling.
In particular, I was able to experience a culture that I had never encountered before, and I realized that I showed my Korean identity by looking for kimchi or buying Korean ramen at the mart while travelling abroad.

As I wrote this article, I looked back on my memories and realized that I had the identity of a Korean while attending Korean schools.
